BLUP

BLUP - a program for the treatment of mixed models on a mini-computer. A Fortran program that calculates the best linear unbiased predictor in multivariate mixed models on a mini-computer is presented. An iterative solution method makes it possible to treat models with a large number of unknown parameters. The principal restriction is the requirement that all individuals be observed for all the variables. However a wide variety of mixed models can be treated. The program can be provided on request at the center I.N.R.A. of Toulouse
