EVPCYCL: Un code d’éléments finis en viscoplasticité cyclique (A finite element program in cyclic viscoplasticity) The EVPCYCL finite element program developed at ONERA has been in use for several years to deal with two-dimensional problems in elasto- viscoplasticity. The program is specially oriented towards applications in cyclic and thermal loadings. This paper presents in detail the principles of the calculation, the code organization, its possibilities and specific features. In the second part, a set of examples is presented including different structures and materials and corresponding to very different areas of industrial application. In particular some examples concern the research on cyclically stable solutions for materials initially exhibiting the phenomena of cyclic hardening or softening
