EmBedBUGS is a library of R/S functions for writing datafiles and scripts for WinBUGS (version 1.4 or above), executing them, and finally reading the WinBUGS output back into an R/S session. The software was originally written to do simulations, where the analysis in each simulation uses MCMC methods. It can also be used to perform large sensitivity analyses, where many different parameter values are used, and may also be useful for cross-validation
