MMAlpha is a programming environment for manipulating Alpha programs. MMAlpha is implemented in Mathematica and C. It allows Alpha programs to be transformed. It uses the polyhedral library, a library for manipulating polyhedra which is independently available freely under the Gnu General Public Licence.
