Transcriptator: an automated computational pipeline to annotate assembled reads and identify non coding RNA. TRANSCRIPTATOR is a computational pipeline to functionally annotate differentially expressed transcripts and carry out GO enrichment analysis of expression profiles, under the different treatment condition for organisms, which lacks the referenced genome. It offers: report on statistical analysis of functional and gene ontology annotation enrichment; identification of enriched biological themes, particularly GO terms related to biological process, molecular functions and cellular locations; capability to cluster the transcripts on the basis of functional annotation; tabular report for functional and gene ontology annotation for each and every transcripts submitted to the web server; interactive charts for better understanding of the data.
