CLAPACK

C version of LAPACK, a transportable library for solving common numerical linear algebra problems, including systems of linear equations, linear least squares problems, eigenvalue problems, and singular value problems. Designed to be efficient on a wide range of modern high-performance computers. Intended to be the successor to LINPACK and EISPACK. (C version generated using f2c.) Required BLAS not automatically provided by NETLIB; see CBLAS package instead.
