The application of RESCUER software in effective MEMS design and simulation. The RESCUER - new simulation tool for modelling and translation of physical multidomain phenomena into equivalent electric circuit, are briefly presented in the paper. The most important possibilities and features of the RESCUER language are demonstrated using various modern silicon microstructures including silicon micromembrane and amperometric enzyme glucose biosensor models.
