SIMBio: Searching and Inferring Colorful Motifs in Biological Networks. SIMBio is a tool written in C for searching and inferring colorful motifs in vertex colored biological networks. Motifs can be topological or not and gaps are allowed in network. There is a single version, implementing both serial and parallel algorithms. It requires GCC for compiling and supports OpenMP and Open MPI parallelization technologies, therefore their libraries have to be installed to compile and run the tool
