Algorithm 798: High-dimensional interpolation using the modified Shepard method A new implementation of the modified quadratic Shepard method for the interpolation of scattered data is presented. QSHEP5D is a C++ translation of the original Fortran 77 program QSHEP3D developed by {it R. J. Renka} [ibid. 14, No. 2, 139--148 (1988; Zbl 642.65006)] (for 2D and 3D interpolation) which has been upgraded for 5D interpolation.
