MaiProgs developed by Matthias Maischak is a Fortran-based program package used for various kinds of numerical simulations. The philosophy of MaiProgs is to provide an open-source package, that enables interested scientiest and students to realize their numerical simulations. Having a look at the list of publications, the spectrum of application areas of MaiProgs becomes clear. Some Applications: Elliptic boundary value problems in polygonal/polyhedral domains; Transmission problems; Signorini problems; Boundary Element Methods; Fast Solvers and Preconditioners: Error estimators and adaptive algorithms
