SPIRAL
The Sparse Poisson Intensity Reconstruction ALgorithms (SPIRAL) toolbox, SPIRALTAP, is MATLAB code for recovering sparse signals from Poisson observations. SPIRAL minimizes a regularized negative log-likelihood objective function with various penalty choices for the regularization terms:
