Titarev, J. Comput. Phys. 216, No. 2, 403-429 (2006; Zbl 1097.65091)]), and HLL (see [A. Harten, P. D. Lax and B. van Leer, SIAM Rev. 25, 35–61 (1983; Zbl 0565.65051)]), are redefined under this form, and then some new solvers are proposed
