Logilab is a web software to help tactical decision using modelling and optimization. Created specifically to tackle the flow of goods and production plans of a value creation network that has divergent flow. Logilab enables to quickly view all the product flow between different business units before and after optimization for a given horizon. This tool facilitates the scenario analysis with graphical representation of impacts of the changes in a logistics network as closure / opening of a business unit, the addition of new clients, products, suppliers, competitors, new industries, etc. Number of industrial situations can be represented and optimized with the help of logistics networks. There are currently a number of commercial software for expressing these networks and resolve problems. However, none are adequate in cases where the flows in networks are divergent: that is to say flows in the network are different in nature and may, at the exit of a node, diversify. For example, in the forestry industry, where at the entrance of a factory several different types of raw materials (forest is not uniform) and output is a basket of products (boards, chips, sawdust, etc. .). The prototype developed allows to plot a logistics network problem containing divergent flows and solve it.
