MaX-1
MaX-1 is a graphic platform for Computational Electromagnetics and Computational Optics on personal computers under Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. MaX-1 contains: advanced tools for the visualization and animation of functions and fields; a movie directive language interpreter for generating complicated movies; a simple formula interpreter for defining complex grids, fields, material properties, grid; transformations, generalized FD operators, etc.; a new 2D MMP tool for accurate semi-analytic computations; a new 3D MMP tool (upgrade only!); 2D and 3D FDTD solvers (upgrade only!). MaX-1 has been published on a CD-ROM by John Wiley & Sons, Chichester.
