ClusterMetric

ClusterMetric: Some notes: So far, this ’package’ consists of one programs, dist.py, and one module, treedefs. Both must be downloaded to the same folder. dist.py will find the distance between pairs of trees (if from a text file, all pairs consisting of one tree from file 1 and one tree from file 2), and a more-easily calculated upper bound for the distance, with data on the accuracy of the upper bound. dist.py will generate multiple .txt files that records the number of each upper bound/distance in a list (so 0th entry is all distance 1, 1st entry is distance 2, etc.). It will also generate a file that records how many upper bounds were accurate.
