R package roptim: General Purpose Optimization in R using C++. Perform general purpose optimization in R using C++. A unified wrapper interface is provided to call C functions of the five optimization algorithms (’Nelder-Mead’, ’BFGS’, ’CG’, ’L-BFGS-B’ and ’SANN’) underlying optim().
