Bioconductor/R package SomaticSignatures: Somatic Signatures - The SomaticSignatures package identifies mutational signatures of single nucleotide variants (SNVs). It provides a infrastructure related to the methodology described in Nik-Zainal (2012, Cell), with flexibility in the matrix decomposition algorithms.
