SOMDDPA: Second-Order Modally-Damped Dominant Pole Algorithm, package contains an implementation of the dominant pole algorithm for modally-damped second-order systems. The software is provided as a zip-archive and needs either MATLAB R2012b or later, or Octave 4.0.0 or later to run properly.
