XPPAUT

XPPAUT is software for the analysis and simulation of dynamic systems. It includes AUTO, a bifurcation package, as well as dozens of other useful routines. Differential equations, maps, stochastic systems, delay equations, integral equations, and other systems are easily solved and plotted.
