The COIN-OR High Performance Parallel Search Framework (CHiPPS) was developed in partnership with IBM under the auspices of the COIN-OR project described above and with funding from NSF. CHiPPS is a C++ class library for implementing scalable algorithms based on parallel tree search and is implemented in three layers.
