SIGMA_
The SIGMA package is a set of FORTRAN subprograms, using double-precision floating-point arithmetic, which attempts to find a global minimizer of a realvalued function f(x) = f(x(i)), . . . , x(n))) of N real variables x(i), . . . ,x(N).
